You must use StoryStitch lawfully, honestly, and in accordance with these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

As between you and StoryStitch, you retain ownership of the story ideas, prompts, manuscripts, characters, worlds, and other creative content you submit or create in the service.

You grant StoryStitch a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and modify your content as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

StoryStitch may provide AI-assisted outputs. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether outputs are appropriate for your intended use.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, similar to outputs generated for other users, or require human review before publication or commercial use.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. Features described as future, roadmap, preview, beta, or coming soon are not guaranteed to launch.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

StoryStitch is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoryStitch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities.
