Respect for intellectual property
StoryStitch respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. Users should only submit content they own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally entitled to use.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on StoryStitch infringes your copyright, send a notice identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
Your notice should also include a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may contact us with information explaining your position and requesting review.
Repeat infringement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly submit content that violates this policy.
