Refunds & cancellations

Production unlock and delivery formats are one-time purchases. If checkout succeeded but production has not started, contact support within 14 days for a review.

Studio membership renews monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytime from Account → Membership; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Print orders follow the quote shown at checkout. Cancelled print jobs before production may qualify for a partial refund minus fulfilment fees.
